my Quicken will not create a .qif, what can I do?

These folks claim to be able to convert Quicken qdf files to the
format of your choice:

DISCLAIMER: I do not work for this company nor have I ever used their services.

They don't quote prices on their web site, just claim to be "quick and
affordable," so you'll have to contact them if you're interested.
