new job creation

I've used gnucash for a while to generate invoices.  I thought I'd try 
to use it to generate a quote and assumed that this is what the 'create 
job' option was for.  After filling in the first 'job' window to create 
the job, I assumed I'd get another window, similar to the invoice window 
in order to build the job document.  Does this not work this way, or is 
the next window just not popping up?
