Bulgarian translation of Gnucash

Dear Sirs,
We are a group of enthusiasts who are trying to translate and put into use your program GnuCash in Bulgarian. We have translated about 60-70 percent(this are what we think the useful functions of the software for the needs in Bulgaria) of the .po file. We have a problem with the compiling and testing the file in Windows environment( we have not tried it under Linux).
For the compiling we use the directions and notes given in the :
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Windows and
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Windows/Old_Notes
We use instal.sh script as given in the above mentioned pages but we suceed to copile the svn version.
We will be very happy to receive from you some more directions for how and where to put the .po file and how exactly to compile and test the software in our language and Windows. We use MinGW and MSYS.
