problem with Bills Due Reminder window

I'm sorry to tell you this, Phil, but you're wrong and Andrew is correct.
It's behaving exactly how it is supposed to behave.  The bills due reminder
will only show you bills that are due within the "days in advance" setting.
So if your setting is set to 10 days it will only show bills due within
ten days.  A bill due within 11 days will not show.  And if you have no
bills due within that time then the dialog will not even appear.

So it's behaving exactly how it is supposed to behave.

What do you have for your "days in advance" setting?
