Keybinding to mark transactions "cleared"?

It leaves everything the way you set it. It has no effect on a subsequent 
reconciliation (that I've ever been able to notice). "Cancel" just 
prevents it from setting all the "cleared" flags to "reconciled" (oh, it 
also bypasses the check for the balances matching, of course).

FWIW, my usual approach for investigating this sort of thing is:
- save the current file
- play around and see what happens
- reload the file, telling it *not* to save before the reload.
