my Quicken will not create a .qif, what can I do?

You don't think you can convert the .qdf file, because it is encrypted. Only
Quicken should be able to understand it. However, there may be other ways.
Are you using a Mac, or Microsoft Windows? Which version of Quicken are you
using?
