Starting Balance?

Define "it".  Where are you seeing this "difference"?  I presume this is
in the bottom-right corner of the reconcile window?  Did you enter in the
correct ending balance?  Have you checked off all the transactions from
this (and all previous) statements, including the opening balance transaction?
