I put the html reports into neat directories for each entity,  write an 
index.html file and burn it to CD. 
The accountnat is happy and they do what they like with the figures .
I gave a Gnucash LiveCD last year but she didn't want to try it.
As I keep a policy of not allowing anyone to install new software at my own 
workplace, I respect that decision.
